| Seems like always a nice place to stay. Hate to pay the parking but realize it is a Rochester thing not a Hilton thing. Left my curling iron but they have told me they will send it to me. If that truly happens I will really be a happy customer! |

| I was very satisfied with my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Clean, comfortable, quite and great location. I forgot something in my hotel room and it was mailed to me promptly by the hotel housekeeping staff. THANK YOU. |

| The room was very nice. The beds had down comforters and nice linens. The location is very convenient. There is no restaurant inside (only a breakfast buffet) but you can take the skywalk to other restaurants. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful, they gave us several nearby restaurant options and showed us menus for each. The TV had HD channels, and the room overall is well appointed with a microwave and fridge in addition to very nice furniture. My only complaint was the loud air conditioning/heating unit. The thermostat was set to 75 which was too hot so I adjusted it to 68. Maintaining a 68 degree temp (when it was probably 55 outside) required constant blowing of the (rather loud) air conditioner all night, which made it difficult to sleep. |
